If you haven't already known, job recruiters and HR professionals typically conduct their own "personal" check on job seekers. These job seekers consider this activity as spying, but with how difficult some people have in finding jobs, this scares them into modifying their social networking profiles by deleting posts and changing profile information to protect their ability to get a job.
Many people post about how they party, enjoy their life, or how they hate their life. Many people post racy, sexual, or crude remarks. From curse words to other banters, these things could cause HR professionals and recruiters to look away to other candidates. It's a pretty typical thing that people who engage in partying or have generally aggressive behavior are more reckless, which is a turn-off for many companies.

How to Make People Mad on Social Media
There are ways that you can make a lot of people mad on social media, whether it be on your personal or business account/page. Some of the ways that one can make some people mad are as follows:
- Disagree with people. I've always called it best when you disagree or criticize ideas, but criticizing people is going to make some people mad. Oh...and no one gets the last word in, so don't compete. It isn't a clean disagreement if people are competing for the last word.
- Being a spammer. If all you're going to do is spam the mess out of your followers/friends, they're either going to get mad, or just unfollow you. In addition, avoid using auto-DMs, unless you only do it once in a blue moon (meaning almost never).

Are you actually LISTENING to your customers?
Businesspeople everyday want to know if they are properly interacting, listening, or engaging their customers. But, the problem most face, is with the actual analytics, market activities, and results that do not fare well that are the most problems.
Many businesspeople provide surveys and feedback forms to customers/consumers, thinking this may be the main way to actually get proper feedback. Although helpful, it is not the best way. The best way to engage & listen to your customers is through the use of correctly applied social media.
Rapid-fire tweeting/updating
Many businesspeople, in order listen to their customers will actually tweet (on Twitter) like rapid-fire to get the attention of their consumers. But, this can fail! Why? Consumers have (probably) lots of others they follow, which means that if you're cluttering up their feed with all of your "updates"/tweets, they just might unfollow you!
