- Trust: Do not be deceptive in your creativity. Engage your users by creating true, non-propaganda product marketing.
- Momentum: Engage your users on a deliberately aggressive level, to make the sale. Make sure what you're marketing has an edge to it, so you can move forward showing competitiveness in your markets.
- Increase challenges, and make products better on a normal basis. Don't be afraid to further the development of products when you can. Always be creating snapshots and thumbnails of awesomely projected changes.
- Create things from a different point-of-view. Sometimes watching from a different perspective, like maybe the customer, you'll see what needs to be added or subtracted.
- Don't forget to be practical. Find more and more ways to solve problems in the industry/market you're designing products on.
- Don't follow all the rules of design. Make some things that appear to be outside standards, so it looks more different, unique, and new.
