Managing your decision-making process is very important. For both personal, and for business. There are many steps to make big decisions quickly, but as you practice these steps, see if you start doing things a lot quicker in the future.
Product rollouts for my campaigns, mainly web products such as services and sites, are usually fast. That's because I plan first, and then once I'm ready to go, I'm way too eager to get the product finished and rolled-out, quickly.

Here's how I seem to get the job done a lot quicker:
- Be bold! Don't wait around. Teach procrastination a lesson: boldness! A key element in good and fast decision making is obviously: timeliness. You can paralyze the development of a product/service, if you're too late on deadlines, decision milestones, etc. Don't impede your progress with procrastination. If you have partners working with you, be bold to them as well. If they want to wait to do something, despite deadline, then enforce the deadline. This is a key to making decisions QUICKLY!
- Be clear in making your decision(s)! In order to quickly manage a decision, make sure it clearly has a purpose behind it, and it will do something significant. Providing clear details not only helps what you want done be understood, but also keeps people from messing up (or messing yourself up). Every decision will probably have an inverse, but that doesn't mean you don't have to spell something out. Sometimes, being very clear about what is needed, will help lead people to successful decision-making.
- Encourage diverse points-of-view. Allowing other people to have a hand in the process of making quick decisions, using their point-of-views that is, will help you know if your product/service is reaching far enough.
