Some say telecommuting is the key to better job satisfaction, stress-free living, and higher supervisor ratings. However, is this still alive? Well of course. Would you embrace it?

Some experts speculate a better supervisor relationship can be in play with telecommuting, and thus may contribute to much better job satisfaction/security. With it growing big time over the past few years, it has shown to be a great contributor to keeping workers happy, lowering employer costs, and saving commute time!

Signs that you're a bad boss

Have you ever come to terms with the fact that you could be a bad boss, or maybe even a jerk? Do you play well on the team, or just overpower people?

The bigger problem is that smaller companies can be torn to shreds by one bad manager, versus a larger company may not be in such bad shape.

With few employees and one bad boss = chaotic atmosphere all the time!

In other words, one bad employee's behavior may ruin the whole team work, morale, and make a big mess on a project.

However, a bad boss can make an even bigger mess, cause a hostile work environment, and make it come hell or high water for people. A bad boss can destroy a company, destroy the values of employees, and kill the competitive spirit in the company. When this happens, you'll just be working to make money instead of actually helping customers.

What's even more complicating? They don't care.
